I am looking out the window these days at what I hope is the last of the snow melting on my garden. - Pour in a circular motion, aiming to saturate all of the coffee grounds equally. Once all of the water has poured through you will have a cup of pour over coffee.

What Exactly Is It?
The Bialetti Moka Pot is a stove top espresso maker, which means that you use it to heat water and make coffee on top of a stove. It doesn’t have a heating mechanism of its own and instead, the heat from the stove is used to slowly heat the water, which as it heats, will rise and meet with the espresso grounds – which creates the extraction that the Bialetti Moka Pot is so well known for.
Once the heat is removed from the stove the water will be in the top chamber but it will have already mixed with the espresso grounds – so instead of water in the top compartment, now you have stove top espresso. It’s a pretty amazing experience the first few times that you use it because it doesn’t seem physically possible. Because of the heating element the water is made able to rise up through the compartment mixing with the espresso and reaching the top compartment where it is perfectly extracted and ready to be imbibed.

Most people understand that virgin coconut oil is much better for you than processed coconut oil.
